This lesson deals with recognizing what personal information is and how to handle it with care. The children develop an eye for determining which data is worthy of protection through a sorting exercise.
They learn that they have a right to the protection of their personal information, but they also discover that it is not always easy to maintain control of one's personal data. They learn that they (and their parents) should handle such data with care.
